According to Yevhenii Diatlov, Head of the Committee Secretariat, the Committee prepared 18 bills for scrutiny at the plenary meetings.
Thus, the bill on special (free) economic zones (Reg. No. 2262) sets the fundamentals for establishment and operation of special (free) economic zones.
The Committee suggests adopting the bill on the system of state support of export of goods (works, services) of Ukrainian origin (Reg. No. 4145). The primary purpose of the bill is to set the mechanism of state support of export of production of the high-technology industries.
The Committee recommends considering the bill on the state regulation of lotteries in Ukraine (Reg. No. 5417-д) in the repeated first reading. The bill sets the fundamentals of organization and holding of lotteries in the territory of Ukraine.
The People´s Deputies recommend adjusting the bill on economic companies (Reg. No. 7057) and the bill on state-owned and municipal economic companies (Reg. No. 7057-1).
The Committee will consider the bill on the National Demographic Register (Reg. No. 0878) in the second reading. The bill regulates formation and operation of the personal data bank.
The Committee will also scrutinize the bills on the regulation of valuation activities in Ukraine (Reg. No. 4487), and on the valuation of property and property rights, and professional valuation activities in Ukraine (Reg. No. 4487-1) that improve legal regulation of legal relations in the sector of valuation activities.
The bill on the territories of prospective development (Reg. No.6352), and the bill on the order of auction sale of the objects of municipal ownership of the city, township and village territorial communities (Reg. No. 6394) will be scrutinized.
The Committee will consider the bill on auctions (Reg. No. 7002) and the bill on the territories of prospective development (Reg. No.7255) that arranges favourable investment conditions for the territories of prospective development.
